You can return the coat, and on receiving the return we will send out your correct size. Our size chart (see above), should be really helpful in determining which size coat is your best fit.

For a full breakdown please see our returns policy. However, in short, we can accept returns for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.

We do recommend your coat is dry-cleaned annually to keep it in prime condition. We have a great guide on how to keep your coat clean day-to-day here.

We advise to size up if you are between sizes as we are finding they do run on the small size. Our size chart has been created using a very standard method. We know sizing can be all over the place these days, and we encourage you to review our size chart (see above), before you purchase. A good idea is to measure up a coat or jacket you own to see how the size will compare. Feel free to contact us for more information

Argh, it’s so hard; we feel your pain. We strongly suggest going with your gut instinct! Look at your current wardrobe. What colours are you drawn to, what coats do you already own and what colour are they?  Our colour ways have been carefully chosen – we know each colour looks good accessorised with just about anything!
